While these are not officially accredited by academic institutions, they may be used for continuing education purposes, including with Yoga Alliance where applicable. CANCELLATION POLICY

This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may cancel your subscription or services provided by SEREVEETA. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the services until that period ends and will not be charged for the next cycle.
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current month. No further charges will apply unless you choose to resubscribe.
2.2 Yearly Subscriptions
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the 12-month period. No partial refunds will be issued for early cancellation.

3. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for partial billing cycles or unused portions of subscriptions, except as required by applicable law. If you are entitled to a refund under local law, it will be processed in accordance with that law.
4. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

Please note that all fees paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of that billing cycle.
7. Cancellation by SEREVEETA
SEREVEETA reserves the right to suspend or cancel your subscription at any time if you violate the Terms and Conditions or engage in unlawful activities. In such cases, no refunds will be given.

You will receive an immediate download link via email or directly from your account on the website. The link remains available for a limited time, and you may download the product as many times as needed during that period.
3.2 Personalised Guides
After completing your purchase, you will receive a link via email to fill out a short wellness assessment. Once submitted, your personalised guide will be delivered via email within 5–7 business days.
3.3 Online Courses
Upon payment, courses become accessible through your account on our website.
3.4 Online Studio Membership
Successful payment grants you immediate access to our online studio, including pre-recorded yoga classes and live sessions. You can access all available content through your dashboard.

4. Access to Content
4.1 Online Courses
Your access to online courses and related materials will be available for as long as the course is active or until your membership expires. If you have purchased a course with lifetime access, you can access it at any time with no time limit.
4.2 Online Studio
​Membership gives you continuous access to the Online Studio for as long as your subscription is active. If your membership is cancelled, access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. No Physical Delivery
As all products and services offered by SEREVEETA are digital in nature, there is no physical delivery of products. All digital products, courses and memberships are accessible via the internet through your account.
6. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your receipt for the products or services you have purchased. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@sereveeta.com.
7. Billing Cycles for Online Studio Memberships
For the monthly memberships, your billing will automatically renew each month until you cancel your subscription.
